dev4jinoo(이하 "개발자")는 모바일 게임 Chess Tap(이하 "본 앱")를 제공합니다. 본 방침은 본 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루는지 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

개발자는 본 앱에서 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 직접적인 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 회원가입이나 로그인은 없으며, 온라인 대전은 이름 없는 익명 방식으로만 동작합니다.

기기에 저장되는 정보(전송하지 않음)

• 난이도·진영·시간(타이머) 설정, 배경음·효과음 볼륨, 언어 설정, 전적(승/패/무) 등 — 기기 내부(로컬 저장소)에만 저장되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다.

온라인 대전을 위해 처리되는 정보(Firebase)

온라인 1:1 대전 기능을 사용할 때, 상대와의 연결을 위해 Google Firebase가 다음 정보를 처리합니다.

• Firebase Authentication(익명 로그인) — 이름·이메일 없이 자동 생성되는 익명 식별자로 온라인 매칭을 가능하게 합니다.
• Firebase Realtime Database — 방 코드, 기물 이동(예: e2e4), 시계 잔여시간, 접속 상태 등 대국 진행에 필요한 임시 데이터를 주고받습니다. 이 데이터는 개인을 식별하지 않으며, 대국이 끝나거나 방을 나가면 정리됩니다.

오프라인(AI 대국)만 이용하는 경우에는 위 온라인 데이터가 처리되지 않습니다.

광고 제공을 위해 제3자가 수집하는 정보

본 앱은 무료로 제공되며, 운영을 위해 Google AdMob 광고(하단 배너 및 일정 횟수마다 전면광고)를 사용합니다. Google 및 광고 파트너는 광고 제공·측정·개인 맞춤 광고를 위해 다음과 같은 정보를 수집·이용할 수 있습니다.

• 광고 식별자(Advertising ID), 기기 정보(모델, OS 버전, 언어 등)
• IP 주소 및 대략적 위치(국가/지역 수준)
• 광고 노출·클릭 등 상호작용 데이터

2. 정보의 이용 목적

• 온라인 1:1 대전 상대 매칭 및 대국 진행
• 무료 서비스 운영을 위한 광고 게재 및 광고 성과 측정

3. 제3자 서비스

본 앱은 다음 제3자 서비스를 사용합니다. 해당 서비스의 데이터 처리에는 각사의 방침이 적용됩니다.

본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 만약 본 앱을 아동 대상으로 설정해 배포하는 경우, 광고는 아동 대상(child-directed) 설정으로 제공되어야 합니다.

6. 데이터 보안 및 보관

개발자는 본 앱에서 개인정보를 직접 보관하지 않습니다. 온라인 대전용 임시 데이터(방·이동·접속 상태 등)는 대국 종료 또는 이탈 시 정리됩니다. 광고·온라인 서비스를 통해 처리되는 데이터의 보관·파기는 Google 등 각 제3자의 정책을 따릅니다.

dev4jinoo (the "Developer") provides the mobile game Chess Tap (the "App"). This policy explains how information is handled in the App.

1. Information We Collect

The Developer does not collect personal information such as your name, email, or phone number. There is no sign-up or login, and online play works only in an anonymous manner.

Stored on your device (not transmitted)

• Difficulty, side, time (clock) settings, music/sound-effect volume, language, and win/loss/draw records are saved only in local storage on your device and are removed when you uninstall the App.

Processed for online play (Firebase)

When you use online 1v1 play, Google Firebase processes the following to connect you with an opponent:

• Firebase Authentication (anonymous sign-in) — an anonymous identifier generated without any name or email, used to enable online matchmaking.
• Firebase Realtime Database — temporary match data such as room codes, piece moves (e.g., e2e4), remaining clock time, and connection status. This data does not identify you and is cleaned up when the match ends or you leave the room.

If you only play offline (vs AI), none of the above online data is processed.

Collected by third parties for advertising

The App is free and uses Google AdMob (a bottom banner and an interstitial ad every few games) to operate. Google and its advertising partners may collect and use the following to serve, measure, and personalize ads:

• Advertising identifier and device information (model, OS version, language, etc.)
• IP address and approximate (country/region-level) location
• Ad interaction data such as impressions and clicks

2. How Information Is Used

• To match opponents and run online 1v1 games
• To display and measure ads that keep the App free
• To serve personalized or non-personalized ads (subject to your consent/settings)
• To diagnose errors and improve the service

3. Third-Party Services

4. Ad Personalization & Your Choices

• Users in the EEA/UK are shown a consent prompt (Google UMP); personalized ads depend on that consent.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not primarily directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect children's personal information. If the App is distributed as child-directed, ads must be served in a child-directed configuration.

6. Data Security & Retention

The Developer does not directly store personal data in the App. Temporary online-play data (rooms, moves, presence, etc.) is cleaned up when a match ends or you leave. Retention and deletion of data processed through advertising and online services follow the policies of the respective third parties (e.g., Google).

7. Your Rights
